Our Policies

Shipping Policy

Thank you for utilizing the services of Sew Awesome Quilts. If requested, we will ship your quilt project within 1-2 business days after completion.  We will notify you by email when the package is shipped, and provide tracking information. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed on your final invoice. Completed projects will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  Overnight delivery is available upon request but only for shipments made to addresses within the continental United States.

Sew Awesome Quilts ships through USPS First Class, USPS Priority and any other method allowed through USPS at our discretion. We cannot guarantee the shipping timelines as we have no control over USPS delivery times.  Because we ship on time, we do not offer any shipping refunds if the package does not arrive by the expected delivery date.

 Sew Awesome Quilts will ship to the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, as well as Canada.

International Shipments

Items shipped outside of the USA may incur your country’s local import tax, and/or customs fees or duties.  Check with the customs department in your country for shipping rules. Sew Awesome Quilts is not responsible for any local or country import/tariff tax.

Damaged/Lost Package

Sew Awesome Quilts is not liable for any packages lost or damaged during shipping.  We will strive to package the product to avoid damages, but cannot be responsible for the handling and damages once the project is shipped. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.  If your package has not been received within 10 business days of the shipping date, please notify us so we can start a lost package claim with the shipper.  If the package shows being delivered to you, but you didn’t receive it, USPS has the right to deny any claim.  If a claim is denied, Sew Awesome Quilts is not responsible for refunding any fees for services or shipping.
